The Owl Lodge is nestled in the heart of Steamboat mountain village town homes, condominiums and homes within the Chadwick Estates. This elegant home displays three spacious levels, with massive vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. Starting with the main level it hosts the amazing gourmet kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, huge gas stove, the kitchen island even has a bread warmer. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up scrumptious meals for the group. The formal dining room next to the kitchen has a large wood round table with 6 plush dining chairs. There are also two leather bar stools on the kitchen island. The main level living room has beautiful leather and plush chairs and a couch, plenty of seating to relax in front of the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Take a stroll out to the deck looking out to the Flat Tops, and the valley.The large gas grill is located on this deck too, the plush patio furniture will leave you never wanting to get up. Stroll into the main Master bedroom with a large King Bed with a massive wood head and footboard. Don’t forget the huge master bathroom complete with jetted tub, double vanity sinks, glass enclosed steam shower with double shower heads, and the electronic bidet/toilet. The elevator is right outside the door and can take you to the other two levels of this home.

Upstairs on the top floor the landing overlooks the main floor living room, and has vaulted ceilings also. The office area complete with wireless Wifi and a printer if you must do work while in town is perfect for that. There is also a sleeper sofa in the office area. Just past that walk up the small flight of stairs to the Second Master Suite with a large King Bed and a full attached bathroom. The sitting area is perfect for a good book and some relaxation time. The other side of the landing on this level brings you to the third bedroom with a King bed, full attached bathroom, and a little balcony. This room also has a nice sitting area for some R & R time.

Now for the bottom level, walk the stairs or take the elevator. The second living area is very cozy and comfortable. The huge sectional couch is so inviting. There is a large velour Love Sac you will never want to get out of. The gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and full wet bar make this room the gathering spot for the home. There is a table and chairs next to a large entertainment center, perfect for game nights. The powder room is right off the living area, and the large laundry room around the corner from it. Outside on the lower large deck, you still hear the beautiful sound of the creek, have plush patio furniture all around, and the large private hot tub. The bunk room has two sets of rustic log twin over twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom. The fourth master bedroom is on this level and has a King Bed, full bathroom and a deck access door.

There is an optional on-call shuttle that will take your group to the ski area, downtown, or grocery stores. Anywhere in city limits to be precise! This Luxurious property not only has an elevator, a dumb waiter, and laundry chutes. You also have the shared year round pool, hot tub, grilling area, exercise room, and changing rooms in the clubhouse.
